Time and time again we’ve seen how they build genuine friendships and are always willing to go the extra mile. We believe that our team is what sets us apart because each and every one of them is someone you can relate to.
At the CareCompany, we try and care for our carers to make our work together as rewarding as possible. Our Carers are neither nurses nor maids. They are kind, fun loving, warm individuals who don’t just care for their clients – they care about them.
This July we took the opportunity to say a BIG thank-you to our wonderful team by hosting a ‘Christmas in July’ dinner to share some of the same love and warmth which our selfless and hardworking carers so readily share with our clients on a daily basis.
We were very pleased to congratulate Sandy M – one of our longest-serving team members – for all her work to bring a new client on-board. Sandy was the very first to receive a bonus as part of our Team Incentive Scheme and we look forward to handing out many more in future. In the spirit of Christmas, there were a number of other prizes and gifts added to the festivities.
It is really fantastic to get everyone together and we’re still amazed to see that our team has grown to 18 carers. Our growth is because of the efforts of every single one of them and we’re proud when we overhear them say “It really is a great place to work”.
We are blessed to have such committed and compassionate companions and carers.
As we move forward and touch more lives, we will continue to search for those who share our belief in person-centered care so we can grow our team even further.
