Apologies for not writing this letter sooner, it has been a very busy time for me.
I would just like to say THANK YOU!! for the wonderful care given to Ian in his last weeks.
Jeanette, was so good and kind to Ian, she understood him, I couldn’t have wished for anyone better, Ian was completely comfortable with her. In the weeks prior to his passing away. Jeanette’s assistance to me to me on the night shifts, enabling me to be able to get some sleep, was fantastic.
Please convey my sincere thanks to Jeanette, and not forgetting Alison who also gave her caring assistance when required. I couldn’t have wished for better treatment from the Care Company.
