Our services

We provide flexible and tailored help that fits around the needs and wants of those who need care as well as their families and loved ones.

We know from experience that everyone's circumstances are unique. That’s why we take a person-centered approach, always considering what's the best fit for our clients, and take care to match the right carer to the role.

  • Home-based Care when you're in need of some additional support with daily tasks, not feeling well, or have on-going medical and physical needs. Our service is completely flexible and our tailored care-plans can range from just a few hours right up to 24/7 live-in care.

  • Respite and Short-term Care when family and carers need a break or time for other things. It's easy to “burn out” over time by struggling along when it's too much to manage alone. We let you get some much needed “Me” time knowing your loved one is in safe hands.

  • Hospital-to-Home when life knocks you off your feet or you know you're going to need some help after a stay in hospital. We're here to help you back on your feet and to take care of things while you focus on recovering after a procedure.

  • Companionship visits can be simply spending quality time together in your home keeping busy or just relaxing. It can even be heading out together to run errands, attend appointments or go for ice-cream (our Companion team all have driving licenses and their own vehicles).

  • Nursing Care covers everything from helping manage medicines and chronic conditions to dressing wounds and post-operative therapy.

  • Specialised Dementia Care that helps you, your loved ones, and everyone who's involved in looking after the person living with dementia. We understand the complex and challenging needs of the disease and, along with the practicalities, we provide emotional support, strength and insight to help understand the condition better.
